COVID-19 Statement
We are taking robust measures to ensure the wellbeing of our employees and clients during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID- 19).
We are closely monitoring the official advice given by both the World Health Organization, and the guidelines from Public Health England on the steps we are undertaking. We are vigilant in ensuring all our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated with the ongoing situation.
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and Public Health England) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
Post PC installation preferred
Our vehicles are meticulously cleaned using the strongest cleaning and high-grade disinfectant products proven to be effective against Coronavirus
All our touch point areas including door handles, handrails, desks are sanitized regularly.
All our staff are told to keep to the 2-meter distancing whenever possible, where not possible staff to use COVID PPE.
All equipment cleaned regularly
All staff are to abide to the onsite Coronavirus rules.
All our staff are not using public transport to get to site.
We have increased the numbers of antibacterial hand sanitizers in our vehicles and supplied masks to all our staff.
HIS supervisors will dictate the teams break when required, these can be staggered.
All operatives must inform the site supervisor/foreman if they are suffering from any Covid-19 symptoms.
Nominated goods lift driver (if not supplied) to load lift.
Nominated goods lift driver (if not supplied) to offload lift.
Fitter to collect items from outside goods lift.
Skates and rubbish will return in the reverse manner.
If a member of the team falls ill or shows COVID systems, then the whole team will be removed from site and are required to self-isolate for up to 14 days.
HIS staff will be advised to bring their own food to site that does not require heating.
